Privacy.

Two things, both of which you type yourself at checkout:

• Your email. So Stripe can send the receipt and so we can reach you about the session.
• Your Discord username. So a coach can find you to schedule. The session happens on Discord; without this we cannot deliver it.

We do not ask for your name, your address, your date of birth, or anything about your EA account. We never ask for credentials of any kind.

Your card details. Payment happens on Stripe’s own checkout page — card numbers never reach our servers, and we could not store them even if we wanted to.

We do not run a customer database. Your email and Discord username are attached to the payment record held by Stripe, and appear in our server logs for the request that created your checkout.

In practice that means the people who can see your details are: you, Stripe, and whoever operates this site.

Stripe, our payment processor, which handles the charge and issues the receipt. Stripe’s own privacy policy governs what they do with it.

Discord, if you message us there — the conversation lives on their platform under their terms, exactly like any other Discord conversation.

Nobody else. We do not sell data, share it with advertisers, or hand it to any third party that is not required to complete your purchase.

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Stripe’s checkout page, which is a different site, sets what it needs to process the payment and prevent fraud.

Payment records are retained for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Server logs are short-lived. Discord conversations stay until you or we delete them.

Write to support@boostedyourfut.com and ask. We will delete what we can and tell you plainly what we cannot — a completed payment record has to be kept for accounting, and that limit applies to us the same as to anyone.
