Refund policy.

If you have not had a session yet, ask and you get the whole amount back. No reason needed, no argument. This covers a pack you bought and changed your mind about, a session you never scheduled, and a booking you made by mistake.

Tell us what went wrong and we make it good. You pick from:

• The session again, with a different coach, at no cost.
• A partial refund, if part of the session was useful.
• A full refund, if none of it was.

We do not ask you to prove anything. If you paid for instruction and did not get instruction, that is our problem to fix.

A pack that is partly used is refunded pro rata: you pay for the sessions you had at the single-session rate, and the rest comes back. The pack discount does not apply to sessions you did not take.

Rescheduled or refunded in full, your choice. A coach who does not turn up is not a session you paid for.

A session you attended and that was delivered as described. Not liking the answer is not the same as not getting one — a coach telling you something you did not want to hear is the service working.

Email support@boostedyourfut.com with the order number from your receipt (it starts with byf_) and one line about what happened. Discord works too, but email gives you a record.

We answer refund requests and charge disputes as a priority, and the money goes back the same way it came in. Your bank decides how long it takes to appear — usually a few business days.

If something went wrong, write to us first — we will almost certainly just refund you, and it is faster than a dispute. If you have already filed one, tell us anyway so we can resolve it rather than contest it.
