Terms of service.

BoostedYourFUT sells live, one-to-one coaching sessions about EA SPORTS FC. A coach watches your gameplay or your replays, annotates what happened, and explains what to do differently. The deliverable is instruction — spoken during the session and written up afterwards.

You keep control of your account at all times. Sessions are educational, and no outcome — rank, record, win rate or in-game reward — is promised or implied.

This list is exhaustive on purpose, and it is not negotiable per customer.

• Access to your account. We never request or accept credentials, and an offer to share them will be declined.
• In-game currency, players, packs, or any item of in-game value.
• Matches played on your behalf, by us or by anyone we arrange.

The name of this service contains the word “Boosted”. It refers to your own level of play improving. It does not describe account boosting, which is what the three items above are, and which we do not offer under any name.

A Discord account, a working microphone, and a way to share your gameplay. Sessions are booked and scheduled on Discord after payment.

Give us a contactable email and the Discord username you actually use. If we cannot reach you, we cannot deliver the session — and an unreachable customer is the one case where a session can lapse unused.

Sessions are scheduled by agreement between you and your coach. Either side can reschedule with reasonable notice.

If a coach does not show up, the session is rescheduled or refunded in full, your choice. If you do not show up and did not tell us, the coach will wait and then contact you to rebook.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Every charge is one-time — nothing on this site creates a subscription or a recurring payment. Charges appear on your statement with the suffix COACHING.

Set out in full in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: full refund before your first session, and a make-good if a delivered session was below standard.

Coaching is advice. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the session the claim concerns. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

BoostedYourFUT is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Electronic Arts Inc. EA SPORTS FC is a trademark of Electronic Arts Inc. You remain responsible for complying with EA’s own terms; nothing we ask you to do requires breaking them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated below, and any dispute is heard there.
